NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS. We inspect all items before they are shipped for damages for manufacturer defect. Contact us via email DIVATUDECLOSET@YAHOO.COM for inquiries.  Allow 5-14 business days for shipping and handling after ordering. We ship Priority/Signature/Tracking USPS mail service. Once Delivery Confirmation is complete we are NOT responsible for your package. Please make arrangements with your local USPS Service not to leave oversized packages in any unsecured area. Tracking info will be submitted through PAYPAL once package is shipped.
